My dad’s garage door wouldn’t work and he could see it was clearly a broken spring. My dad looked in the phone book and spoke with the owner, Chris, before he told me. Chris explained that since it was a weekend it would be an additional charge and if he could wait until Monday, he would save himself some money. When I came to the house, my dad explained what Chris said and I was impressed he didn't try to take advantage of an elderly man. He gave my dad a quote based on what my dad told him. Monday, Chris kept us informed of his arrival and verified that one spring was broke but said both should be replaced and it was still the original quoted price. We also replaced the rubber on the bottom of the garage door since there were large gaps that allowed snow and nice easy access. Chris was super nice, did a great job and charged a fair price. I love that he was actually local and not one of these companies that take your call then contract it to someone else and charge a higher fee! I would definitely recommend Door Dr. for your garage door needs!

Chris helped me out in a pinch when my shop overhead door was severely damaged and inoperable. He came out right away to look at it and gave me some parts and instruction to get my door operational until he could come back with a new door to install. Install and door quality was top notch. Excellent service. Highly recommended!
