I texted Chris and he responded quickly. After I sent him a few pictures, he called me and walked me through how to fix the issue with my door. I really appreciated that he took the time to teach me how to fix it myself rather than charging me to come out for what turned out to be a very simple problem. His helpfulness and honesty were appreciated!

Had an unexpected failure of my garage door. I contacted Door Doctor and they responded within a few hours to secure my house and then worked with me to select a replacement that matched perfectly. They even reinforced the new door so it’s better than what I had. The entire process was professional and very fair. Got the door 2 weeks before I expected which was great! Even came to install right before the holiday weekend. Top notch experience! Highly recommend for new door installs or maintenance on an existing door.

I texted Chris from Door Dr. after seeing him recommended in multiple posts on my local Facebook town group. Chris and his wife replaced my garage springs the very next morning at an extremely fair price. Highly recommend them!

Chris showed up to our home to fix our broken garage door within an hour of me placing the call. On a Sunday! He was very fair and we couldn’t have been more satisfied with his work. You will be the only person we use (and recommend to others) for garage door repair. Thank you again for how quickly you took care of us!

I recently had my garage door repaired by Chris from The Door Dr., and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, Chris was professional, an effective communicator, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. He took the time to explain what was wrong, walked me through the repair process, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left.
It’s not always easy to find someone you can trust for home repairs, but Chris definitely earned that trust. I highly recommend him and The Door Dr. to anyone needing garage door service. I’ll definitely be calling him again if I ever need help in the future.
